This medicine should not be used if you are allergic to magnesium, aluminium, dimethicone, or any other ingredients in Lenocarb suspension. It is also not suitable for individuals with kidney problems, so please inform your doctor about any existing medical conditions. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, and abdominal cramps.

If you take too much, contact your doctor immediately. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember; however, do not take two doses at once. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using Lenocarb suspension, as its safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not fully known.
