We keep our "data diet" very lean. We only ask for what is absolutely necessary to make your medical visit successful:

Your money stays in your pocket until you are physically at the clinic and satisfied with the service. We don't want your bank data because we believe medical care is a personal transaction between you and your healthcare provider.
Everything in medicine depends on the doctor's availability. Sometimes a walk-in patient is in a critical state, and the doctor must prioritize them.
Our privacy policy respects this "Human Factor." We don't share your private booking details with the "walk-in" crowd, and we don't share their details with you. We simply provide the Live Status so you can manage your day with dignity and privacy, waiting where you feel most comfortable.

At Doctar.in, we don't give you "fake" promises of an exact appointment second. We respect the doctor's professional schedule and the needs of critical "walk-in" patients.
When you book via Doctar.in or the helpline, you are requesting a slot. The doctor or their clinic staff accepts this based on their current patient load.
We recognize that doctors have patients who arrive directly at the clinic without an app. The doctor manages the flow between "Online Bookings" and "Walk-ins" to ensure everyone gets care.
If a doctor is held up by an emergency or a critical patient, your wait time may extend. Medicine is unpredictable; we ask for your patience.
Be Flexible
Understand that your "Digital Token" is a placeholder in a living, breathing clinic environment.
Doctar.in is a facilitating platform. The actual time of consultation depends entirely on the Doctor's discretion and the physical queue at the clinic. A booking does not grant 'immediate' bypass of critical patients. The Doctor reserves the right to adjust timings based on medical emergencies. No refunds can be made for delays, as medical care priority is determined solely by the healthcare provider.
