Gufidine Oint is an antiseptic medicine that kills a wide range of germs, including bacteria, fungus and viruses. It is used to treat infected wounds, cuts and ulcers. It contains povidone-iodine as its active ingredient.
It is meant only for external application and should be applied exactly as recommended by your doctor.

If you have missed applying Gufidine Oint as prescribed, apply it as soon as you remember. Do not overapply to compensate for the missed application.
