The suture is attached to a 48 mm needle featuring a 1/2 circle curvature and a taper point design. The product is supplied in foil packaging for sterility.

The tensile strength of this suture is characterized by a retention of approximately 70% at two weeks post-implantation, decreasing to 50% at four weeks, and further to 25% at six weeks. Its absorption profile indicates complete hydrolysis over a period of 180 to 210 days.
