The Aqmen AM4237 is a sterile, absorbable surgical suture designed for tissue approximation. This product utilizes a catgut material, specifically chromic catgut, which undergoes hydrolysis for absorption by the body over time. The suture is presented in a USP size of 3-0, indicating its diameter and tensile strength, and has a total length of 76 centimeters.

Each unit is supplied with a 20 millimeter, 1/2 circle round body needle, a common configuration for accessing tissue planes and facilitating precise placement.
