The Aqmen AM3326 is an absorbable surgical suture designed for approximation of soft tissues. It is constructed from Poliglecaprone 25, a synthetic copolymer of glycolide and caprolactone. This material is known for its predictable absorption profile and smooth passage through tissue.

The suture is presented as a sterile, monofilament strand, which minimizes the risk of bacterial harboring and provides a consistent tensile strength throughout the healing period. The specific formulation of Poliglecaprone 25 allows for adequate wound support during the critical initial phase of healing, typically up to 21 days post-implantation, before gradually losing its tensile strength as it is hydrolyzed by the body.
