Aqmen - AM1326S - Sutures AM1326S AqMono Monocryl Type USP 3-0-12 Foils

This product is a sterile, absorbable surgical suture composed of a synthetic polymer. Specifically, it is a monofilament suture made from Poliglecaprone 25, a copolymer of glycolide and epsilon-caprolactone. The suture is designed for approximation of soft tissues and ligation where tissue support is needed for approximately 21 days.

Its absorbable nature means it is gradually broken down by hydrolysis within the body, eliminating the need for suture removal in many cases. The material is dyed violet for enhanced visibility during surgical procedures. Each unit contains a 45 cm length of suture with a USP size of 3-0.

The suture is pre-attached to a 25 mm needle with a 3/8 circle curvature, featuring a cutting point designed for penetration of tough tissues. The needle itself is constructed from a high-quality stainless steel alloy for strength and sharpness. This product is supplied in a box containing 12 individual foil-wrapped sterile units, ensuring aseptic handling prior to use.
