Triolmesar Tablet is an antihypertensive medication containing amlodipine, olmesartan, and hydrochlorothiazide. It is used to manage hypertension. Avoid taking this medication if you are allergic to any of its components, more than three months pregnant, have any kidney diseases, or are diabetic.
