Topse Tablet is an anti-epileptic medicine. It contains topiramate as the active substance. It is used for the management of epilepsy/fits.

Epilepsy is a brain disorder that causes a temporary fault in the brain's electrical activity. This causes people to have seizures and convulsions. Topse Tablet is also used to prevent migraine headaches in adults.

It works by stopping the abnormal excitation of brain cells in a part of the brain or the whole brain and, in turn, stops the generation of seizures. Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended dose.

Dosage

• Symptoms of overdose of Topse Tablet include sleepiness, blurring of vision, dizziness, low mood, etc.

Missed a Dose

• If you have missed taking any dose of Topse Tablet, then take it as soon as you remember.
• If it's already time for the next dose then skip the missed dose and follow the regular dosing schedule.
• Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed one.
