Nurohil G Tablets contains gabapentin and methylcobalamin as its active ingredient. It is used to provide relief from neuropathic pain (pain due to nerve damage). It helps in the formation of nerve cells and regenerates the damaged nerves and thus reduces the pain sensation by altering the release of pain signals.
Gabapentin relieves pain arising due to nerve damage, compression in nerves. You should take this medicine in a dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Avoid driving or handling any machinery after taking Nurohil G Tablets, as this medicine can make you less alert.
Before starting with this medicine, inform your doctor about all other medicines you are consuming and any other health issues you have such as heart problems, liver or kidney problems.

If you have missed taking a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it's time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with the regular dosing schedule. Avoid taking a double dose to compensate for the missed one.
Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 which helps in the formation of nerve cells and regeneration of damaged nerves in the brain. The exact mechanism of how gabapentin works are not known. It acts on specific receptors in the brain and reduces the release of chemicals in the brain responsible for the sensation of pain.
