Asginase Injection is an anticancer medicine. It is used to treat certain types of white blood cell cancer and bone marrow. It is also used to treat cancer of lymph nodes.
Asginase contains L-Asparaginase as the active ingredient. L-Asparaginase in Injection will interfere with the cell growth of cancer cells and thus stop their growth. Asginase Injection will be given to you by your doctor or nurse at the hospital or clinic setup.
Asginase should not be used during pregnancy as it may cause harm to the unborn baby. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant or planning a pregnancy.

Asginase acts by hindering the process of cancer cell growth by altering the enzyme. It kills and stops the growth of cancer cells in the body.
You should plan your diet, consume a balanced diet which has proteins, whole grain fibrous fruits and vegetables. Limit carbohydrate and sugar intake. Exercise regularly. Consult your doctor before starting any diet or food habits.
