Bisopil Tablet is an antihypertensive medication used to treat high blood pressure and angina (chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart). It contains bisoprolol as the active ingredient, which works by slowing the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels, thereby reducing high blood pressure. Inform your doctor if you have severe kidney or liver disease, diabetes, are on strict fasting, are undergoing desensitization therapy, have a history of a scaly skin rash (e.
g., psoriasis), pheochromocytoma, thyroid disorder, or are scheduled for general anaesthesia. Bisopil Tablet should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women unless necessary.
Always consult your physician before using this medication. Common side effects include tiredness, weakness, dizziness, headache, tingling or numbness in the hands or feet, low blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, or constipation. If these symptoms worsen or persist, seek medical attention.
Children should not take this medication. Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor, in the recommended doses and for the advised duration. It can be taken with or without food.

In case you’ve missed any dose, take it as soon as you remember it. If it is almost time for the next dose, then skip the missed dose. Avoid taking a double dose to compensate for the missed dose.
