Eponir 2k Injection is used to treat low red blood cell count (anaemia) that occurs due to kidney disease, cancer chemotherapy, or HIV infection treatment. Anaemia is a condition where there is a shortage of enough healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen to your body's tissues. Eponir 2k Injection contains erythropoietin as the active substance that works by increasing the red blood cell count in the body.
It can be used in both adults and children. It will be given to you by your doctor or nurse. Do not self-inject this medicine.
There is limited information on the effect of Eponir 2k Injection in pregnancy. This injection should be used in pregnancy only if your doctor recommends it after assessing the need and the risk.
No information is available if Eponir 2k Injection passes into human breast milk. This injection may be used in breastfeeding women if recommended by the doctor.
Eponir 2k Injection may cause fits/seizures. If you experience any such symptoms which may affect your ability to drive safely, it is advised to avoid driving.

Eponir 2k Injection promotes the formation of red blood cells in the bone marrow which increases the red blood cell count in the body.
Eponir 2k Injection is used for the treatment of anaemia that occurs because of cancer chemotherapy, HIV infection treatment with zidovudine, or kidney disease. It is also used to reduce the need for red blood cell transfusions in patients who are at high risk for blood loss due to planned, noncardiac, nonvascular surgery.
Eponir 2k Injection s will be given to you either through the veins (intravenous) or under the skin (subcutaneous).
You have to store this injection in the refrigerator. Do not freeze this medicine.
