Desnova Tablet is an anti-allergic medicine containing desloratadine as its active ingredient. It helps you by providing relief from the symptoms of allergy (food allergy, dust allergy, etc.) like a running nose, sneezing, red and itchy eyes, hives and rashes on the skin.
Desnova Tablet works by inhibiting the release of the chemical substance responsible for allergic symptoms. Inform your doctor about all other medicines, over-the-counter medicines and herbal preparations you are taking before starting with this medicine. Desnova Tablet does not make you feel sleepy.
Take this Tablet as prescribed by your doctor with or without food with a sufficient amount of water.
Desnova Tablet is not recommended to take during pregnancy unless it is prescribed by your doctor.
Desnova Tablet should be avoided by breastfeeding mothers to reduce any chances of harm to the newborn baby. Take this medicine only if it is clearly needed and prescribed by your doctor.
Desnova Tablet does not affect your alertness or ability to drive as it does not make you sleepy. You may drive if you feel comfortable.
Alcohol should be taken with caution along with this medicine. If you consume alcohol too often, discuss it with your doctor.

If you have missed taking any dose of Desnova, then take it as soon as you remember. If it's already time for the next dose then skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule.
