Canflo Bn Cream 15gm is a combination medicine containing beclomethasone and clotrimazole. Beclomethasone is a steroid that works by blocking the synthesis of natural substances, i.
e., prostaglandins, responsible for itching, swelling, and redness. Clotrimazole functions by inhibiting the formation of a component of the fungal cell wall, which leads to altered permeability and fungal growth, causing infection.
