Primacort Plus Cream is an antiviral medicine used to treat skin infections caused by the Herpes simplex virus like herpes labialis (commonly called cold sores). It contains acyclovir (aciclovir) as its active ingredient. It is meant only for external application and should be applied exactly as recommended by your doctor.
