Pregnancy

Can I take Noxicam 8mg Tablets during pregnancy?

This medicine should not be taken during pregnancy, especially during 3rd trimester. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant or planning to have a baby before starting treatment with Noxicam 8mg Tablets .

Breast Feeding

Can I take Noxicam 8mg Tablets while breastfeeding?

This medicine is not recommended for use while breastfeeding unless considered essential by the doctor.

Driving

Can I drive if I have consumed Noxicam 8mg Tablets ?

It is not expected that this medicine will affect your ability to drive. However, it may cause dizziness, thus caution is needed while driving or operating machines.

Alcohol

Can I consume alcohol with Noxicam 8mg Tablets ?

Although there is no known interaction between alcohol and this medicine, it is essential to consult your physician if you have a habit of consuming alcohol regularly.

Other General Warnings

Talk to your doctor if

• You have problems with your heart, liver or kidneys
• You suffer from or have a history of bleeding disorder
• You have asthma
• You suffer from lupus (SLE)
• You suffer from any blood clotting disorder or are taking any blood thinners
• You suffer from conditions such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis
• You have chickenpox
• You have been taking this medicine for more than 3 months
• You are above 60 years of age
