Pregnancy

Can I take Orazone Tz 1.125gm Injection during pregnancy?

Since there is limited safety data available on the use of Orazone Tz 1.125gm Injection in pregnant women, Orazone Tz 1.125gm Injection must only be used during pregnancy (in particular in the first trimester of pregnancy) if considered essential by your doctor after assessing the benefits over risks.

Breast Feeding

Can I take Orazone Tz 1.125gm Injection while breastfeeding?

• Components of Orazone Tz 1.125gm Injection pass into breast milk. Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding, your doctor will tell you about the use of this medicine after assessing the need and benefit.
• If prescribed, monitor your child closely for antibiotic-related side effects like diarrhoea or fungal infection of the mouth.

Driving

Can I drive if I have consumed Orazone Tz 1.125gm Injection ?

You may feel dizzy after taking Orazone Tz 1.125gm Injection , thus be cautious or avoid driving after taking this .

Alcohol

Can I consume alcohol with Orazone Tz 1.125gm Injection ?

Alcohol may worsen the side effect like dizziness along with Orazone Tz 1.125gm Injection . It is advisable to avoid alcohol if you have taken this .

Other General Warnings

Talk to your doctor if

• You have a history of allergy after taking the antibiotic.
• You have developed diarrhoea after taking Orazone Tz 1.125gm Injection , immediately inform your doctor.
• You have recently received or are going to receive any product containing calcium.
• You have serious liver and kidney disease.
• You are on a (low sodium) diet.
• You are suffering from gall bladder disease.
• You have anaemia.
• You are suffering from any bowel inflammation disease (colitis).
