Fevawin suspension is pain and fever-reducing medicine. It contains a combination of mefenamic acid and paracetamol as its active ingredients. It is used for the relief of symptoms of mild to moderate pain, such as muscle and joint pain, headache, migraine, and tooth pain.
It is also used to relieve pain caused by sports injuries, sprains, and strains. Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor, in the exact dose and duration. Taking more than the daily dose of this medicine may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions like swelling of the face, mouth & throat, difficulty breathing, itching or rash. Fevawin suspension should not be used for managing pain before, during and after coronary bypass surgery.
Fevawin suspension should not be used in a pregnant woman, especially in the last three months of pregnancy. If you think you are pregnant or might become pregnant, discontinue the treatment and talk to your doctor.
Fevawin suspension passes into the breast milk in small amounts. Thus, it should only be taken by breastfeeding women if recommended by the doctor.
