Acloson Sp Tablet contains aceclofenac, paracetamol, and serratiopeptidase as its active substances.
Aceclofenac and paracetamol are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs) that block the action of a chemical called cyclooxygenase. Cyclooxygenase is responsible for the formation of certain substances in the body called prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation.
Serratiopeptidase repairs the tissues and decreases the swelling around the infected area.
