Carefully read the label prior to using M Rinse Mouthwash . Pour 10 ml of undiluted mouthwash into a cup and gargle thoroughly for at least one minute before spitting it out. Avoid rinsing your mouth with water, and refrain from eating or drinking for at least 20 minutes afterward.

M Rinse Mouthwash is not recommended to use in children below 12 years.
