Lucal Injection is used to neutralize the harmful effects of methotrexate, a cancer medicine. It contains calcium folinate as an active ingredient. It acts by protecting the healthy cells from the harmful effects of methotrexate.
This Injection will be given to you by a doctor or nurse at a hospital or clinic.

Lucal is a calcium form of vitamin B. Methotrexate (anticancer medicine) will kill the cancer cells. This medicine will protect the healthy cell from getting damaged.
Lucal starts showing its action immediately after giving it. However, the duration may vary depending on the dose, severity, type of cancer and other cancer medicines used along with Lucal Injection.
