Betalol Tablet contains nebivolol as the active ingredient. It is used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension). It works by blocking the action of certain natural substances responsible for narrowing of blood vessels and thus helps reduce pressure inside blood vessels and allows the heart to pump efficiently.
