Bdenza Os Oral Solution contains enzalutamide, used in the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) whose disease has progressed on or after Docetaxel therapy. It works by blocking the effects of hormones, resulting in cancer cell death. The dose and duration of this treatment is decided by the doctor.
Visit a doctor or the nearest hospital immediately, in case of an overdose.
In case of a missed dose, take next dose at scheduled time. Do not take more doses than recommended.
Bdenza Os Oral Solution acts by inhibiting the function of androgens (hormones like testosterone). Enzalutamide inhibits the growth and division of prostate cancer cells by inhibiting androgens.
Bdenza Os Oral Solution should be strictly avoided during pregnancy.
Bdenza Os Oral Solution should be strictly avoided during breastfeeding.
Enzalutamide may lead to psychiatric and neurological symptoms like seizures, confusion, lethargy, visual disturbances. Hence caution is advised before driving.
Interaction of Enzalutamide and alcohol is not known. Consult a doctor before using alcohol with Enzamide.

Store Bdenza Os Oral Solution at room temperature (20-25°C). Store in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Protect from light. Do not use the product after expiry date. Do not throw medicine in wastewater or household waste.
Males with female partners should use a condom or any effective contraception during treatment, and for 3 months after the last dose of Enzamide has been taken.
It is best to discuss with your physician about any possible interactions of Enzalutamide and herbal medicines before using both together.
No habit forming tendencies have been reported with Enzalutamide.
