Atorec R Capsule is a combination medicine used to manage conditions such as high blood pressure, heart-related problems, and complications associated with diabetes. It helps in reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and worsening of heart failure by improving blood circulation and protecting blood vessels. This medicine is often prescribed for long-term cardiovascular protection, especially in individuals with existing heart disease or those at high risk.
This medicine contains ramipril and atorvastatin, which work together to provide better heart health. Ramipril relaxes and widens blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood and lowering blood pressure. Atorvastatin reduces the production of cholesterol in the liver, helping to lower “bad” cholesterol and improve overall lipid levels.
Together, they help reduce strain on the heart, improve blood flow, and lower the chances of serious heart-related complications.
