Colina Tablet is a medication used to relieve menstrual pain and cramps. It contains dicyclomine and mefenamic acid, which work together to relax muscles and reduce pain. It's important to use it for no more than seven days and take it with food.
Children under 12 should not use it, and pediatric formulations should be given under medical supervision. Common side effects include dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, and sleepiness. If these persist or worsen, consult a doctor.
Before taking Colina Tablet, inform your doctor about any kidney or liver problems or other medications you're taking. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use. The dosage and duration of treatment will be determined by your doctor.

Though there is no direct interaction of Colina Tablet with alcohol. However, there is a risk of liver damage in chronic alcoholics and people with liver problems if you are taking this medicine and consume alcohol along.
Talk to your doctor if
An overdose of Colina may cause nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, excitation, coma, drowsiness, ringing sound in the ears, fainting, occasionally fits or convulsions. In case of an overdose, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.
If you missed any dose of medicine, then take it as soon as you remember. If it's time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dose schedule. Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one.
No, you should take this medicine with food or after your meals to avoid any stomach discomforts.
You should not take this medicine if you have existing liver and kidney function problems or bleeding disorders of the stomach or intestine. Dose adjustment of Colina Tablet may be needed in such medical conditions.
