Dr. Khatri is a very good doctor sir, really knows his stuff as an ent-specialist. The waiting room was a bit crowded though, took quite some time to get in. Otherwise, the consultation was thorough and he explained everything well.

The clinic was a bit crowded though, and I had to wait for nearly an hour past my appointment time, which was a bit of a hassle. Still, the treatment itself was effective and I'm feeling much better now.
