Dr. Keswani is a good doctor sir, very knowledgeable about ear issues, only the waiting time was a bit much today, felt like almost an hour I had to sit there. The clinic was also bit crowded and the reception staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. However, doctor was patient and explained everything well, so worth the wait I suppose.

The clinic was a bit crowded though, and the wait time was longer than expected, almost an hour past my appointment. Still, for an ent-specialist, he's quite good, just wish the system was more organized only.
