Dr. Mohan Ramchandani has a vast experience of 18 years in the field of Gastroenterology and is a Consultant Gastroenterologist at AIG Hospitals.
He is an alumnus of prestigious Banaras Hindu University and has been trained in the field of therapeutic endoscopy in India and abroad. He has undergone very advanced therapeutic endoscopy training from centers like Northern Yokohama hospital Japan and Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, Shanghai.
Dr. Mohan Ramchandani is an expert in endoscopic procedures like third space endoscopy, Spyglass Cholangioscopy, ERCP, EndoscopicUltraa Sound (EUS), Enteroscopy etc.
His special interest is third space endoscopy and he is recognized as an international expert in this field. Early diagnosis of GI cancer and its endoscopic treatment is his passion.
He is invited world over as expert faculty for live endoscopy workshops. He conducts workshops at the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology and many doctors are trained with him.
He has a passion for teaching postgraduates and interested in research, he has many publications in the national and international journals. He has authored many chapters in gastroenterology textbooks.
He is in the editorial board of video GIE and peer reviewer in many GI endoscopy journals. He is active in GI endoscopy societies and presently is governing council member of the society of GI endoscopy of India and member of the American Society of GI Endoscopy.
