Dr. M is a good doctor sir, really knows his stuff as an ent-specialist. I had to wait quite a bit though, the clinic was a bit crowded and reception was a little slow to respond initially, but once I saw him, it was worth it. He explained everything clearly and my issue is much better now.

The waiting room was a bit crowded though, and I had to wait for nearly an hour even with my appointment. Still, for an ent-specialist he is quite knowledgeable and I felt better after seeing him, only wish the clinic was a bit more organized with the timings.
