Had been putting off seeing a doctor for a while but finally went to Dr. Batni. Explained everything clearly, which I appreciated as I get anxious at clinics. The receptionist was helpful in rescheduling when I called. Happy with the visit overall.

The waiting area is comfortable enough though gets crowded by evening. Fees are on the higher side but the quality of care justifies it I think.

Took my mother to Dr. Batni after she had been unwell for a few days. Did not over-prescribe, which I always look for in a doctor. Clinic timings are convenient, open on Saturdays as well. Good experience, especially for a first visit.

My neighbour referred me to Dr. Batni and I'm glad she did. Diagnosis was spot on — the medicines started working within two days. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good general physician in the area.
