Dr. Mr. Prasanna Hegde

Dr. Prasanna Hegde is a really good ent-specialist, very patient and explains things well. The wait time though was a bit long today, took me nearly an hour past my appointment time. The reception staff were friendly enough but seemed a bit overwhelmed, perhaps could use more help when it gets crowded.

Still, the consultation itself was very thorough and I felt reassured about my problem, which is the main thing you know.
