Dr. M M is a good doctor sir, very knowledgeable about ent-specialist issues and explained everything clearly. The waiting room was a bit crowded though, and I did have to wait for quite some time to get in, which was a little inconvenient. Still, for the quality of care, it was worth it I think.

The clinic was also quite crowded, makes sense for a good ent-specialist I suppose but maybe they can manage the flow better.
