Nicip Cold & Flu tablet is a combination medicine that is used for the relief of cold and flu including headache, fever, nasal and sinus congestion, and runny or stuffy nose. It contains paracetamol, caffeine, cetirizine, nimesulide, and phenylephrine. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, caffeine is a stimulant, phenylephrine is a decongestant, and diphenhydramine acts as an anti-allergic.
